Video
13 Going On 30 comes to Blu-ray with a 1080p AVC/MPEG-4 video presentation. The film looks very nice in high-definition, from the colors to the detail. Colors are quite impressive, they are rich but still keeps a natural look throughout. Detail is also very strong, and to be expected of a more recent film. Black levels are deep from beginning to end and will not disappoint. The Blu-ray release is quite nice when compared to the DVD, and I think this is about as good as it could get on Blu-ray. 8.5/10.A 5.1 Dolby TrueHD audio track is included, and sounds quite nice for what it is. The film is a front-heavy film, and uses the surround speakers quite lightly overall. Dialogue was clear and natural, and the film's music added a nice touch to the overall track. This one won't impress, but it won't disappoint either. 7/10.

Blu-news SummaryThe Blu-ray release is great, featuring a nice video presentation, and a decent audio track. All extras are ported over from the 'fun & flirty' edition DVD release, and I found quite a few to be entertaining. There are some that felt a bit pointless, but regardless they are still there for fans. 13 Going On 30's Blu-ray release is 'Recommended.'
